Online System Update

We are pleased to announce that Marion County’s new online system, Civic Access, is officially live as of, Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

This new platform makes it easier than ever to do business with the county, offering a single, streamlined dashboard for permit applications, license renewals, plan submissions, inspections, and more.

You can now:

• Apply for permits and renew licenses
• Submit and track plans
• Schedule inspections
• Submit case and lien search requests through a new permit process
• Search properties and verify addresses
• Pay fees online

This system handles Building, Development Review, Zoning, and Driveway or Right-of-Way Utilization Permits and more in one convenient location.
