Whether you’re a title company, property manager, mortgage company, or a bingo organization, Civic Access makes it easier than ever to do business with Code Enforcement.

From one simple dashboard, you can:

• Submit open case and lien search requests now known as Advanced Property Search through the permitting process. For Code Enforcement related cases, apply for a Code Enforcement Advanced Property Search permit.
• Register abandoned vacant foreclosure properties through the permit process. Apply for an Abandoned Vacant Property Registration permit.
• Apply for  a new or renewal Bingo License through the dashboard.
• Pay fees online. Log in to your account to pay fees, fines, and liens.
• Search properties and verify addresses.

This system handles Building, Development Review, Zoning, and Driveway or Right-of-Way Utilization Permits and more in one convenient location.
