The County desires to execute a contract with a minimum of two (2) suppliers, per section (grouping) for Brass Parts and Related Utilities Supplies. Suppliers will be prequalified through this RFQ process. At the request of Marion County Utilities Department, Marion County Purchasing and/or the department will solicit bids from the aforementioned prequalified supplier(s) for future orders. It is the intent of the County to submit large quantity bid requests throughout the contract term to the contracted firms, awarding the orders to the lowest bidder.
