Scope: It is the intent of Marion County to select a single contractor to perform the work, mapping of working appurtenances, the removal of non-working lines, antennas, and components on the Baseline Landfill Tower. Provide Marion County with a detailed report of findings, and perform painting in accordance with the requirements listed in this document. All work shall be completed within 45 days. Liquidated Damages WILL BE assessed to this project based on the schedule herein. Bid will be to map the appurtenances, guy masts, and connections, also paint, with two coats paint the Baseline Landfill Tower, located at 5361 SE 66th St, Ocala, FL 34471. The scope of work for the project is outlined. ALL questions are to come through Marion County Procurement for consistency and to adhere to the Prohibition of Lobbying requirements. The tower was constructed in 1990, is 580’ tall, is powered and in limited use.
