PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE

Effective Date: 4/7/2026
Due to Planned Work For: Well Repairs

Marion County Utilities is issuing a boil water notice for the: Oak Creek Caverns - Community
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 20th Ave (42 Addresses)
1825, 1830, 1845, 1850, 1865, 1885, 1915, 1945, 1950, 1980 SW 40th Pl;
1945, 1946 SW 41st Pl;
2015, 2020 SW 42nd Pl;
2010, 2015, 2020 SW 43rd Pl;
2020, 2030 SW 44th Ln;
3920, 3950, 3955 SW 18th Ct;
4025, 4040, 4080, 4120, 4160, 4200, 4220, 4245, 4250, 4265, 4280, 4299, 4310, 4345, 4400, 4405, 4430, 4455, 4460 SW 20th Ave;

There will be a precautionary boil water notice issued to your Community beginning at 8:00 AM Tuesday, 4/7/2026.
Due to: Well Repairs
The work will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and will cause an interruption to your water service. All residents must boil water used for consumption until the water is tested and results indicate your water is safe to drink. Water should be brought to a rapid boil for approximately one (1) minute before consumption. As an alternative bottled water may be used. This boil water notice applies to any water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, etc. and is in effect until further notice. Water used for laundry, bathing and/or showering does not need to be boiled. Marion County Utilities will test your water and advise you when this boil water notice is lifted.
