SCOPE: The intent of this Bid is to solicit performance contract grading services for all unpaved Marion County maintained roadways and their associated roadside drainage systems; on a route, service request, quick response, and/or after-hour type basis. Submitted proposals are to be all-inclusive of the services necessary to maintain and/or provide existing unpaved roads in a condition that allows a safe, passable means of ingress and egress for the traveling public
