SCOPE: The intent of this Request for Proposal is to solicit performance contract tree trimming, tree removal, and related services for all right-of-ways accepted by Marion County for maintenance; on a route, service request, quick response, and/or after-hour type basis. Submitted proposals are to be all-inclusive of the services necessary to maintain and/or provide tree services that allow safe, passable means of ingress and egress and clear lines of sight for the traveling public
