NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County, Florida, will hold a public hearing regarding the following:
RECONSIDER THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT DECISION 141205SU, THE NEST, AND CONSIDER PERMITTING THE THREE REMAINING WEDDING EVENTS UNDER CONTRACT FOR APRIL 11, APRIL 25, AND MAY 2, 2015 BY SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT.
The Public Hearing will be held at the Marion County Governmental Complex, AUDITORIUM, 601 S.E. 25th Avenue, Ocala, Florida 33471. The Board of County Commissioners' hearing will be held on APRIL 7, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as possible. A copy of the proposed Special Use Permit is available for public inspection at the office of the Growth Services Department, 2710 E. Silver Springs Blvd., 34470. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at this hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
