DESCRIPTION:<p>Be ONE is an interpretive hike that includes guided forest meditation. This program pays homage to the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, also known as forest bathing. Participants will meet at Brick City Adventure Park and shuttle to various hiking destinations.
